Going into the "season" in Miami and the Beaches, properties are priced at an all time low, but I'm finding that many are sellers are receiving multiple and cash offers.

While short sale inventory in Miami Beach is still excellent, (standard listings are also available at a great price), I'm finding that the offers on short sales are coming in at or over list price.
